About NWA Wells

A well is invisible until it stops working — and out on rural Benton and Washington County's fringe, a dead well means no running water in the house, not just an inconvenience. We treat it that way.

How We Work

Northwest Arkansas's growth is concentrated in the cities, but the rural fringe around it — Gravette, Pea Ridge, Prairie Grove, Elm Springs, Highfill — is still where most private wells are, and it's an area a lot of city-focused contractors don't bother serving well. We do: well pump repair, new well drilling, water testing and treatment, pressure tank service, and same-day emergency calls when a household loses water entirely, all diagnosed before we quote a price.

Licensed, Bonded Well Work

Arkansas law requires anyone drilling a water well or installing a well pump to hold both an Arkansas Water Well Contractor's License and a Certificate of Registration issued by the Arkansas Water Well Construction Committee, and to carry a $20,000 contractor bond. That's a different agency and a different requirement than septic work in Arkansas — wells fall under the Water Well Construction Committee, not the Department of Health. All well drilling and pump installation work performed for NWA Wells meets that licensing and bonding requirement. See our full guide to Arkansas well rules for the details, including what the bond protects you from as a homeowner.
